What would happen if the core element of the Nike Pegasus Premium—the “triple” cushioning system—were used as a material and reconfigured into typography? By isolating the cushioning, bending it in various directions, and joining it together, it is connected into strokes segmented into “three” parts. Repeating the same process “three times” results in the final character. More precisely, it might be described as something that merely resembles a letter. Meanwhile, dots and lines cutting across the surfaces lend the form a distinctly futuristic atmosphere—much like the Pegasus Premium itself.
